Controlled-Expansion
Nickel Alloys

Controlled-Expansion Nickels are alloys that have been formulated specifically to limit their thermal expansion over a broad temperature range. The primary alloying element is iron, which gives these alloys great toughness and structural integrity.

These alloys are used in applications where thermal stability is required, such as in metal-to-glass seals, measuring equipment, and electronics.

Integ Metals supply 6 grades of controlled-expansion nickel, so please read below for more information on each grade and their available shapes, or contact us with your direct requirements.
