Payment Methods
Integ Metals Ltd. accepts BACS transfer as our primary payment method. (See section vi. in the Payment section below.)
Upon agreement to the detailed quotation and the terms and conditions of sale, shipping, and payment, we request that the transfer of the quoted sum is sent, with the reference of the transfer to be the quotation number, to the following UK bank account details:

Pursuant to the Payment Terms & Conditions found below, the quoted prices will include the UK rate of VAT, which will be discounted from the material goods only on the quote, to orders being delivered outside the EU. The cost of shipping does not attract a VAT deduction.
Please note that owing to a particular product's availability, scarcity, readiness from stock or need to be manufactured to order, currency and taxation fluctuations, delivery times and order sizes, there may be variations in pricing. We work tirelessly to provide our customers with the best quality products, at the best prices and in the quickest times, but we cannot guarantee that you will always pay the same price for the same order.
Furthermore, we do not take our pricing from the LME, as we believe that this is merely a financial instrument designed to manipulate supply and demand trends for the benefit of investors, paying very little attention to the engineering industry, and its needs, itself.
Pricing & Payment Terms & Conditions
Scope of Application
i. The Payment Terms and Conditions (“Payment Terms”) hereinafter set forth shall exclusively apply to all transactions with Integ Metals Ltd., registered in London, England, henceforth referred to as "The Seller."
ii. "The Buyer" means any person, firm or company who buys or agrees to buy goods from The Seller.
iii. The Payment Terms as amended from time to time shall also apply to future transactions even if in a particular case they have not been transmitted or otherwise delivered to The Buyer.
I. Payment
i. The Buyer shall pay the price in the manner specified on the face hereof and prices quoted shall be ex-works unless stated to contrary on the face hereof. The time for payment shall be of the essence of the Contract.
ii. The Seller reserves the right to alter any price quoted (whether due to fluctuations in exchange rates or otherwise) at any time prior to the actual date of payment or delivery whichever is later.
iii. Where The Seller quotes a price this shall not include import or other duties dues taxes and any other costs chargeable in respect of the cargo at port of discharge and any increase in freight rates duties taxes or dues in the country of final destination of the goods subsequent to the date of the contract shall be for the Buyer's account.
iv. Unless otherwise agreed upon between The Buyer and The Seller in writing, invoices shall be paid in full without any exceptions or deductions before the goods are dispatched to The Buyer's requested delivery address. Invoices shall be valid for a term of not more than 7 days from the date of quotation.
v. All bank charges shall be borne by the buyer.
vi. All payments are to be made via BACS transfer to the account details provided, or as otherwise directed on the invoice. Payment shall be deemed to have been received as of the date on which the funds become available to Integ Metals Ltd.
