High-Performance
Nickel Alloys

High-Performance Nickel Alloys are those that have been formulated to excel in a combination of areas. There are the corrosion-resistant grades that are immune to harsh corrosive media, and the high-temperature alloys that excel at high strength or corrosion resistance at elevated temperatures. Then there are the high-performance alloys found on this page that may offer excellent corrosion resistance, oxidation resistance, pitting resistance, high mechanical strength, and excellent hardness, all whilst remaining readily formable, weldable, and machinable in applications from cryogenic temperatures to 1300℃. Each of the grades listed below could happily belong to any of the other categories individually, but their combination of outstanding properties warrants them a category of their own.

High-performance nickel alloys can be used to produce furnaces, pumps, valves, impellers, burner nozzles, heating elements, in oil and gas production, paper and pulp plants, chemical processing equipment, heat exchangers, jet engine components, and many more besides.

Integ Metals offer 10 different grades of high-performance nickel, so please read below for more information on the individual grades and their available shapes, or contact us directly with your requirements.
