Corrosion-Resistant
Nickel Alloys

Corrosion-resistant Nickel Alloys are those which have been specifically developed to be impermeable to a broad range of corrosive media. Nickel, in itself, naturally has great corrosion resistance to a range of harsh environments due to the naturally forming passivation layer of nickel oxide on its surface. The alloys developed to possess enhanced corrosion resistance have large amounts of chromium and molybdenum to increase resistance to oxides, halides, sulfides, and nitrides, as well as stress-corrosion and pitting resistance.

These alloys are employed in petrochemical plants, refineries, chemical production, waste incinerators, pulp & paper production, and many more where resistance to aggressive corrosive attack is required.

Integ Metals supply nine grades of corrosion-resistant nickel, so please read below for information of the specific gardes and shapes we offer, or contact us directly with your specific requirements.
